When your work is complete... you have your choice of pickup, download, Canada Post Express or Fed-Ex delivery.

A signed certificate of authenticity accompanies each digital print. The certificate of authenticity bears an imprint of the original artwork, the date, the name of the print, print specifications, the print number and the artist's signature.

How do you make payment?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Along with the proof of your photo or artwork, you are sent an electronic invoice with a link to make your secure credit card or interac online debit card payment.
If you prefer, you may also call in your credit card information.
How is your artwork or photo shipped?
If you have opted to download your print you will be immediately forwarded to the SuncityGraphix website to download your high resolution photo.
SuncityGraphix ships within 24 hours. Your package will arrive within 2 - 3 days. Large multiple gallery print orders may take 2-4 business days.
Each print floats on an acid free, ph neutral backing board. It is then placed into a clear, acid free, ph neutral pouch.
The sealing strip is located on the bag surface, not the flap, so there is no accidental sticking of the print to the archive pouch.
Photos: Your invoice and photo printare sealed into a mail-safe Canada Post or Fed-Ex shipping box for delivery to you within 1 - 2 days.
Artwork: Your invoice, giclée print, certificate of authenticity, artist's bio and print care package are sealed into a mail-safe Canada Post or Fed-Ex shipping box for delivery to you within 1 - 2 days.
Studio Pick-up: You may also call ahead to come to the SuncityGraphix studio to pick up your photo, painting or artwork.
Damage During Shipment: In the event of damage to your purchase during shipment, please contact our studio immediately so we may promptly send you a replacement and make arrangements for the return of the damaged item(s). Your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
Guarantee
SuncityGraphix unconditionally guarantees each giclée print to be of museum quality ink and media and to be free of defects. A barcode seal is placed across the flap opening. The seal is your quality control assurance; a coded reference number.
Returns
SuncityGraphix does NOT accept unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will not result in a refund nor will the item(s) be returned to the sender.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and an alternate solution cannot be reached, you will promptly receive a 100% refund for your products and shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:
1) The bar code seal on your painting, artwork, photo and certificate of authenticity must not be broken
2) You must ship your product back to SuncityGraphix. SuncityGraphix must receive the products in the same condition in which it was sent: a) all bar code seals unbroken and b) products must be free from all defects.
